Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing for private, non-business purposes and reside in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Austrian law (FAGG).
